A smooth Scandinavian storage item with an intriguing industrial edge. The Enfold Sideboard from Muuto capably blends old and new, pairing traditional materials like powder-coated steel legs and a rectangular, solid oak frame with an arresting appeal. Made in Sweden, the spindly, old-style legs, contoured front doors, and sheer solidity of the structure create an industrial note, while the sideboard’s outer walls climb slightly higher than the top of the sideboard to create a shallow, partially-enclosed area ideal for storage and display.

Muuto is firmly rooted in Scandinavian design, hand-picking the best designers from Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. Their name is inspired by the Finnish word “muutos,” meaning “change” or “new perspective,” and it is this concept that embodies the spirit within each and every piece. Their fearless, sometimes exclusive, use of raw materials such as bulbs, plastics, and metals, represents the great diversity, innovation, and character of true Scandinavian design.
